Fuzul Topraktan, the founder of the Phased Homeownership System in Turkey, has launched two new campaigns to help low- and middle-income citizens who wish to become homeowners turn their dreams into reality. Fuzul Topraktan’s campaign, titled “Turkey Is Becoming a Homeowner with Topraktan” and covering five of his projects, will continue until March 10 with limited availability.
At a time when homeownership is becoming increasingly difficult, Fuzul Topraktan has taken action to make housing more accessible to middle- and low-income citizens by launching two new campaigns to support home purchases. Launched under the slogan “Now Turkey Is Becoming a Homeowner with Topraktan,” the campaign will be valid for the Yeni Arnavutköy, Pendik 2, Pendik 3, Yeni Esenler, and Ispartakule 2 projects, all of which offer high return potential.
The first of these campaigns, which offers unmissable, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for those looking to buy a home or make an investment, provides a down payment starting at 750,000 TL for the land share of a 1+1 apartment, along with monthly installments of 18,500 TL over a 60-month term. The second campaign, meanwhile, offers the opportunity to make payments over a 36-month term with decreasing installments, without requiring a down payment. Those dreaming of owning a home can take advantage of these campaigns—running from February 24 to March 10—by choosing the one that best suits their needs.
In 18 months, we helped over 2,000 families become homeowners
Aydın Özkan, emphasizing that Fuzul Topraktan’s primary focus is on increasing accessibility and homeownership rates, said, “By implementing nine projects in as little as a year and a half, we’ve enabled over 2,000 families to become landowners through the Phased Homeownership System. The point we’ve reached today is not only a great source of pride for us but has also boosted our motivation to secure land. As Fuzul Topraktan, we plan to develop projects outside of Istanbul as well. I can say that cities such as Bursa, Ankara, Konya, Izmir, Gaziantep, and Diyarbakır are currently our focus. We still have a long way to go. We aim to continue adding value to our country by conducting research for new plots of land in various regions of Turkey and developing new projects,” he said.
We are accelerating the construction of our projects
Noting that they have accelerated the construction processes of their current projects, Özkan said, “We began construction on our Başakşehir Phase 1 project in October 2024, and work is continuing nonstop. We plan to begin construction on our Ispartakule 1 project as of April 2025. In addition, we will launch construction on our Pendik 1 and Yeni Arnavutköy projects within 2025. We will continue to work with all our might to turn the investments of those who believe in and trust us into reality,” he said.
